- Other Info Bertie is wearing a brown leather collar. Last sighting in Sandhurst nr the Village Inn pub poss going past the pet store and bus stop. Bertie's a smooth haired tan miniature Dachsund, 2 yrs old but looks a little older in his face. There is a REWARD for the SAFE RETURN of Bertie. If you find a dog it is REQUIRED BY LAW to report this to the DOG WARDEN and/or the Police.

I had a message today saying
"I'm pleased to say we have found our Bertie boy this afternoon he safe and well, thanks for all your help"
... and this was on Bring Bertie Boy Home Fbk page:
"Our beautiful family has been reunited and that's thank to this amazing community!! Billy and I are so touched by the response, the supportive words and the dedicated time given by you all! What a week we are emotionally drained but now overjoyed. If you spent 7 minutes or 7 days on our journey you didn't know us, we recently moved to the area and we are so over whelmed by this.Certain individuals have been particularly special and we have made friends on the way"

- Bertie seen last night near car park to Wildmoor Heath woods.. but was spooked by a car leaving the car park. This is between Edgbarrow School and Eagle House School, on the Edgbarrow side of the road (road going up from Sandhurst to Crowthorne). Walkers out searching this morning. Come on Bertie.. time to go home sweetheart. Taking my girls there shortly, with some smelly food, etc.. he's quite nervous, so if anyone sees him, don't try approaching him in case he runs off.. - Last sighting was edgbarrow path leading to the woods. We believe he on his home but in hiding, we live in Wokingham road Crowthorne.
