Might be worth having a word with Jenny (http://www.k9tracker.co.uk/). Even if she can't get there, she has loads of experience and good advice to offer.

He went missing around the Grove Car Park area, but I think he went running up into the fells. We have been calling for him and searching for him but still had no luck. I have also been up to the shull end of the forest this morning and had a good look around the fells.
