- And, the Minister would have given her a blessing and offered a prayer for both her and her owners. I feel she went to heaven peacefully when PTS, surrounded by angels and St Francis, patron saint of animals. x Last edited: 2015-07-02 23:29:53 by Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders

- I agree Claire. I have spoken to owners son and they rescued little smartie after finding her dumped behind some bins as a puppy. Smartie was 15 when she went missing. She spent 15 years being loved and cared for by owners. It is not our role to judge owners and it has a adverse effect on the purpose of dog lost.Smartie was found same evening she went missing by minister poorlittlepepper so she wasn't suffering.

- Jo Glos you are very insensitive I feel to any owner of someone who has lost their dog in these sad circumstances!
People don't put their missing pets on here to be judged by you!

- Oh how terribly sad. Losing a dog is often too much for owners to cope with and then to know they have gone to heaven is devestating. You know sometimes I really think that dogs know when it is time to go to heaven. Some of them find it so hard to leave their owners that they have to go away a little bit, in order to leave when they get the call. This little baby now has her well deserved little wings. God bless you Smartie and your loving owner. Always. x

- I. Give owner a call later to see if any updates. Also make few more phone calls
- 2015-06-30 23:16 poorlittlepepper
- Perhaps someone else can ring the given number for an update.I have a feeling she may have wandered across a busy road to Clissold Park.I had a look there but it's a huge area. He may have been picked up by a park ranger.with no micro chip he will be taken to the pound.Last edited: 2015-07-01 13:13:58 by Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders

- I live very close to where this poor old dog is missing. I walked around the area and asked local people if they had seen the dog. No one had. Last edited: 2015-07-01 13:48:01 by Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
