Chuffed to get the fantastic news LAUREN was with her mum.

THANKS a MILLION to everyone who helped in the search.

Been a roller coaster couple of weeks for her mum and so pleased they can now spend some quality time together and have a well earned rest.

Springer Mad if you follow the link then scroll down a bit and click support that will add you to the support side.

Then at the time and date it goes out it posts simultaneously on each supporters news feed, twitter feeds and Tumblr though not sure what the last one is except Pup had 10 or more supporters that way for her last one

The TC's can really help to raise profiles and every time we do them, any of us, we do them with huge hope that someone will add 2+2 and it will help but never hoped more so than for Lauren xx

A widespread social media campaign has been launched in a bid to help find missing teenager Lauren Yates.

Lauren, who was last seen on June 23 in Old Thomas Lane, Knotty Ash, will have been missing from home for two weeks on Tuesday.

Family and friends have now set up a Twitter campaign with the #helpfindlauren hashtag and a Facebook group called Help Find Lauren, which has more than 1,700 members.

The 17-year-old was living between Liverpool and Widnes at the time of her disappearance, and is originally from the Toxteth area.

She later lived in the Rock Ferry area of Wirral for around 10 years and is known to have a lot of friends there, while she also has links to Runcorn and Oswestry in Shropshire.

Her mum, Nichola, told the ECHO the family were becoming increasingly worried about her.

She said: “I’ve had so many calls and messages from people trying to help find her. I just can’t think of anywhere else she could be, I’m stumped.

“We’ve heard of a few possible sightings but the police have apparently checked them out and verified it wasn’t her.

“She seems to have just vanished.”

Lauren is described as white with a pale complexion, of slim build, with blue eyes, and around 5ft 4ins tall with shoulder length blonde or light straight brown hair. Her family say she may now have dyed her hair red.

Lauren was wearing a pink top, black skirt and black tights when she was last seen.

She has a tattoo of Mickey Mouse and the name ‘Steffan’ on her left wrist.

Nichola added: “It’s coming up for two weeks since she’s been sighted by someone who knows her. I’ve spoken to the national missing persons people and she’s now on their website.

“The main thing is to let her know she’s not in any trouble, no-one is mad at her and we just want her home, or even just to know she’s safe.“If she needs picking up from somewhere, we’ve got contacts all over who can get her, no matter where she is or who she may be with.”

Merseyside police is urging Lauren or anyone who has seen her since June 23 to contact 101 or Missing people on 116 000.

Mum Nichola is also urging her daughter to call her on 07716497638.

Lauren Yates is missing she was last seen around the wk of the 23rd June 2015 In the Liverpool area, there have been sightings in the last wk in Shropshire but none have proved helpful in locating her, she supposedly left the Shropshire area Tue 30th June to head back to the Liverpool area. (This hasn't been officially confirmed)

She is 17yrs old
She has blue eyes (not brown)
Is approx 5ft 4
Long blonde hair (golden)
She's slim build and has a fair complexion.
She does have two small tattoos.
Has been known to dye her hair.
***may now be a redish colour***

Lauren has been missing previously but for no longer than a night, unfortunately this time shes not made any contact with any family members or any friends for two weeks.

Lauren isn't in any trouble, but me and everyone else are really concerned for her safety now. She's loved immensely and needs to let one of us know shes safe at least.
