Aaaaaw Such Fab news - Welll Done 'Finder' for 'reporting' to Vet (or was it a routine trip to the Vet by 'New Owner' & Vet was to thank for Scanning ! ? ...) ... Am not casting any accusations here - I obviously don't have ALL the facts !! Maybe 'new owner' bought Him in 'good Faith' ? Strange that Charlie would be straying unseen for so long ?!

A halo scanner is the cheapest and most efficient scanner....we allow them to log into our data base so if a dog is scanned...we get notification....That one of our missing dogs has been scanned...works very well...

Charlie has just been scanned using Halo scanner and have just been on the phone to owner and vets....watch this space...
