What is meant by "this woman is evil"??..The Police definitely need to be involved if she is being cruel to dogs and picking them up.

I have spoken with Emma and advised that police, warden (including neighbouring wardens) chip company and all local vets are contacted. Its said that the woman that took Bruno said she was going to take to a local vets but as yet doesnt appear to have done so. It may well be that she missed the vets and intends to look after him till the morning .... I hope so
