- Further info from GeoffA: I live in Portlooe, between Looe and Talland Bay. I guess the Shih Tzu could belong to holidaymaker with no internet access. Hopefully if they contact police they will direct to council warden. Also, someone mentioned a lady in West Looe who walks a similar dog. Could be someone I used to pass quite often on West Looe Hill but not walked that way for some time. She loved to stop and chat about our dogs, possibly lived in Barn Meadow Park.
