So pleased to see another dog reunited,Just wondered was Lottie in season when she went missing its seems like someone kept her just long enough for her to raise her pups just really hoping that there is not some pups somewhere needing there mum right now

I'm so thrilled the dog found in Somerset is Lottie - her owner must be besides herself!
Does this get reported to police now? Concerns me that someone in Frome has dumped this dog, that there are puppies somewhere that are going to be sold on to members of the public and that the people who did it might do it again. I know little will be done about it but I hope it gets logged with the police / local press somehow?
