- Comment from the finder.....The dog I found could have been lost by a couple that were dog sitting for their son whilst they were on holiday approx 2 weeks ago. They lost the dog on the lane I found him, Newsham Hall Lane between Woodplumton & Broughton. They searched for the dog & left phone numbers but they have since been disposed of.
This would explain why the dog was possibly clipped,cared for & friendly but had fleas & was looking a tad worse for ware.
Please share in the hope to find the couple or the parents that were dog sitting. Broughton / Woodplumpton area in Preston, Lancashire. 🐶🐶🐶

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
