Lucigri - the dog's owner believes Gino's death was malicious, and if this is the case I would leave no stone unturned until the perpetrators are brought to justice. I hope this case is not just dropped and that an autopsy is performed. Please keep us informed.

I cannot express how sad and sorry I am for both of you and sweetest Gino. This fur baby has definitely earnt his wings. He will wait for you to continue to earn yours, and then, you will be together once more. This time, never, ever, to part again. Martin, I am so so sorry for your loss. Gino is at peace now and you have him back. Hopefully time is a healer. Focus on the happy memories you have of him and this will comfort you. Thankyou to the lovely people that called in and to the dw for getting straight out there. Also to everyone that shared the poster when Gino went missing. xx

Thankyou to everyone especially hazel, unfortunately Gino was found dead in the river this morning, we know he was seen with 2 tennage boys outside BP in hoddesdon said to be Irish gypsies so we believe it was malicious police are hopefully going to investigate as we will not rest until we find out. We are trying to raise funds to get him cremated if anyone can help would be much appreciated we loved him so much and miss him my other half hasn't slept since he was taken and we are devestated again thankyou to everyone that helped xx

Have had update and still no news of the dog. The owner has done all the correct things and has been in touch with the police a crime ref number is being passed to me which i will pass to our police co ord. Will just ask people in area to keep a watch out. There is a reward offered for safe return. x
