- Owner says he does not think he has photo of Cooper. This is the answer to my text: "He is mostly white, slight freckling over his ears one of which has the tip missing. He ia a Jack Russell cross with a full tail, red collar with ID tag and telephone numbers. Microchipped. He has not appeared overnight"
