- Male Saluki could be Lurcher or cross Tan in colour sighted tonight and twice in the last week in Streatham Vale, London, SW16. Very skinny boy and skittish. My friend was very close but couldn't catch him. Please see Found section on here for photo.

- Just to let you know, unless anyone has rung the owner, he will be unaware of these posts. The owner doesn't do the internet - a friend of his had posted the original post. When I spoke to him a month or so ago, he said he would get his friend to update the page with more details, but unfortunately that hasn't happened. :(

- FB sites - from bottom upwards - the first one is similar. The second one has been removed. The third one I can't access yet. Last edited: 2015-09-27 19:07:55 by Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders

- Hi Stephanie.D I don't seem to be able to get on them f.book pages. I'm afraid my Facebook is pretty much ambushed by Facebook police. Could you try send to my f. Book page. That might work. I'd like to get a look at info being shared,to see if I could help get Otis. Is owner aware of this dog?
- 2015-09-27 14:35 Shelagh

- Viv B, sadly it appears the dog on Gumtree is not Otis. I have had a look at further pictures & it isn't him.
Id ref 90839, is the one from Gumtree, which is now on here. - 2015-08-23 18:22 Shelagh
- There are a few tan/apricot lurchers on pets located. Maybe some clever person could send pics to owner

- Help needed owner not internet savvy....
- 2015-08-23 13:52 csquaredb
- Have just spoken to the owner. Otis is still missing sadly. Owner is not internet savvy and had a friend post his doglost page. Otis went missing from a garden in Woodmansterne - kids let the dogs out in the garden and it wasn't realised till later that Otis was missing (has 3 others). Otis is very young. Owner has been in touch with dog wardens and has further calls to make Monday. If anyone sees or has seen Otis at any point, please contact the owner via mobile. If anyone local could help, suggest that they too approach owner directly as he won't see any comments posted here. He's going to try to get the friend that posted to update the page with more details.

- There is another found post ID 90621 but rightly or wrongly I have assumed it was the initial finder of ID 90632. May be worth owner checking.

- The found dog in BR5 was not Otis.

- Patrick C do you think that Otis could have been stolen or has he got out of the house /garden. I think owner is a bit like me not very good with computer related stuff.
- 2015-08-12 16:29 Unknown
- I am in Chipstead so I will detour on my way home and scout around a bit. The gypsy camps in Woodmansterne are usually pretty good but might be worth asking around. They are ok to talk to and know a lot of what goes on.
- 2015-08-12 16:28 Unknown
- csquaredb I will try and find out.
- 2015-08-12 15:52 csquaredb
- GillyP, can you confirm whether or not the dog found in BR5 and now reunited is or isn't Otis please. Thanks
- 2015-08-12 15:42 csquaredb
- Please contact all the local dog wardens - Reigate, Epsom and Mole Valley, as from Banstead he could easily end up in an area covered by any of them. You can find the appropriate numbers on www.animalwardens.co.uk. Also contact Epsom racecourse and all the local golf clubs. Could we have more details of where he was lost from please. Fingers crossed he's found soon x
- 2015-08-12 15:11 Unknown
- Found in BR5 now reunited.
- 2015-08-12 15:03 Unknown
- Very similar although BR5 found says is chipped and says Otis isn't.

- Sorry Otis is missing - whereabouts in Banstead did he go missing from and what were the circumstances? Is he friendly and likely to go up to other lurchers or people?
- 2015-08-12 13:24 Lana Gazder
- Walk my lurchers near Epsom so will be on the look-out for Otis. Lurchers are attracted to similar looking dogs and that may help. Good luck!

- Sorry to see that OTIS OWNER APPEALLING FOR HELP is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (90636)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
- Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
- DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
