Worth checking out surely....the authorities are notorious for not finding a chip or using inefficient scanners. it could also have been removed. Just saying...

Hi Elaine, Unfortunately he isn't micro chipped and I do believe that Rembrandt's owner posted that he was, so I'm assuming it can't be him, sorry :-(
