I have him, the guy took him to a vet they scaned the chip and phoned, Thank you all

A man reported finding a scruffy black terrier to battersea this morning but i have yet to speak to him direct to establish where he found the dog. It does sound like Riz but i want to find out where he found tyhe dog. I've called him twice and also told him i have a possible owner fingers crossed i'll hear from him soon
