No digbysmum, not one of the Spaniels as this dog turned out to be a long haired German Pointer! Goes to show how deceptive some photos can be. Having looked them up I can say that they do look rather alike although they are a fair bit taller.
I'm glad to say that after speaking with the vets she was taken to for scanning that she has been reunited with her owner.
The lost Spaniels returned home on their own so are reunited too :) Last edited: 2015-08-28 02:57:27 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex

Did this beauty turn out to be one of the two lost from Slaugham?

accompanying email...
Hi,
Just had a message about this Spaniel who was found on the A3 yesterday.

Hoping it may be one of the one missing from Slaugham, West Sussex as
found not that far from there.
It is a female, has been taken to the vet and has a microchip so let's
hope that the details are up to date.
I'm attaching a photo of the found dog for you to see and will keep you
updated if
I hear any more.
