- There has been a female collie been found in the Whitstable area - info has appeared on facebook - Rose Nina Teagle appears to be the finder - There is no contact details - I have sent her a private message , hoping she will pick is up. The original post appears on a page called KENT ONLINE CAR BOOT. If I get any more info I will let you know.
