HOORAY!!!! Owner just contacted me.. LOUKA has been found. He was spotted near a school at top of Coldnailhurst Avenue. The person phoned the owner and they have got him back.

Put lots of posters up in the neighbourhood and handed out leaflets. Could really do with some extra helpers to keep up the search.

Have put up posters on entrances to field in Coldnailhurst Avenue and also a poster in the shop window of the little row of shops on the Coldnailhurst Estate.

Hi Lisa, I will carry on looking and print some flyers to hand out. I Have advised owner that I have phoned Danahar Rescue Centre, but no joy there. Have also phoned Spring Lodge in Witham, but same no joy. Let us all keep our fingers crossed.

If anyone local is able to help look or hand out flyers please do. Owner and a couple of others are looking, but such a densely populated area the more people the better.

On walking my dog this morning I bumped into owner looking for Louka. Apparently Louka was last seen in Bradford street which is near Courtauld Road. Took owner to fields off Bradford street, where I assisted them in their search. Owner told me Louka is a rescue dog from Greece and has not been in this Country for long. I will phone spring lodge veterinary group in Witham to see if he may have been found and handed in there.

Have checked Millenium Vets site and Louka has been listed as LOST. I will spread the word.
Doglover
I think the Road should be Courtald Road and not Couthall Road, as there is not a Couthall Road in Braintree. There are fields backing onto Courtald Road so I will look this morning when walking my dog. I will also check Millenium Vets Lost and found site which is the local vets.Last edited: 2015-09-05 08:15:32 by Doglover
