- The owner has been found, it appears they felt it was normal to allow the dog to wander where it likes

- Is there a contact for this sighting that I could call Gino? There was a possibility that he had been handled and passed on by someone in St Leonards so it's not far away and Otto certainly wouldn't be keen on begin caught again.
