Well what can I say it has been confirmed that my beautiful little POPPY has been found and identified as deceased by the national data Base PETLOG I am so so gutted but would like to thank everyone who has helped me look for her

I have just been telephoned by a lovely man at the Council (after speaking to that snotty woman who said i cant have my pet back.........good job she wasn't in front of me at that minute in time !!) and he is going to take my little baby to Valley Vets where I can have her cremated and have her ashes back and bring her home where she belongs.. She can now run to the Rainbow Bridge and play with Jasmin .......Just wanna take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for helping me. Its ironic that she should be found so near to home when I walked down past there so so many times calling her name..

Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

So sorry to hear about Poppy. My thoughts are with her family. Nightie, night, sweet Poppy, sleep tight. and have fun with Merlin who has also gone to the bridge. Please take a little comfort that you have not lost Poppy forever, as one day when the time is right you will be meeting her at the bridge; she will be as pretty as ever. Early days yet. Spayed so wont be far away. Presumer all outbuiildings searched? Put some tuna in her dish.and call her , late night, and early morning. Put something with her scent on such as part of her bedding, and place ina clean container, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. Wipe her scent on all garden fences, gates etc. Wipe her scent on things leading up to the house such as lamposts etc. Put "Lost" posters . through doors, and ask around Hope this very pretty girl is home soon. Paws xd.
