That`s one to remember Nina. There is something called Anxiety which is good apparently for very nervous cats, and dogs.

We have adopted troubled dogs in the past. Bach Flower Remedies worked in their cases with a drop twice a day on a biscuit over a few weeks they soon calmed down and became dogs we were proud of.Last edited: 2015-10-08 10:09:29 by Nina

Well said Chilebat xx

I do hope this little one gets a good home soon. I have a similar dog who is fine with some dogs but doesn't like others and the other way round some dogs want to meet him and play but other dogs seem to just want to kill him and he has been attacked even on a lead! Good luck Helen sounds like you are not giving up yet on her xLast edited: 2015-10-08 09:30:07 by Chilebat

Helen...Don't give up on this gorgeous girl..It could have been nervous aggression..She was fine with Kasias dog whom she approached and was fine!..Find out which home she is being sent to and tell them you want to give her a home..You could take your dog there to meet her and see how they get on..It would be lovely if she had a loving family and a happy ending xx

I think they have something called puppy parties now to socialize your puppy?

It`s likely that she wasn`t socialized when she was younger. It may be that the owner adopted her from a resceue centre as an adult. I am a volunteer dog walker, and the dog I walk is a little dog aggressive towards other dogs, It seems to depend on the breed too (Fantastic with people, and chnildren) She came to her owner from a foster home, and this is her third home as an adult. Someone I know had a dog who was very aggressive with other dogs, so the owner decided to put a muzzle on him (Collie), and let him "Play" with the other dogs. After a couple of months he is great with the other dogs, as if to say "This is fun" The dog I walk is better with other breeds than others. I am sure this could be resolved with as I heard from some rescue centres a would be owner likes a challnege, and is willing to adopt a certain dog, and train it. Also I dont think she ia unique according to some other dog owners I have spoken to. She was fine with Kasia`s dog so perhaps it does depend on the breed. If an owner fails to claim her I hope she finds her forever home with someone who will adopt her, and giver the love, and attention she needs. All xd. Last edited: 2015-10-08 08:55:26
Kasia
I am so disappointed, cause she did not show any aggression towards to my dog and my shih tzu cross is quite dominant. She was absolutely brilliant. I think she is very upset and she really needs a proper home asap. I couldn't find any message from you on Fb. You can find me under my name Katarzyna Braszczynska. Don't give up she is worth it.x
Esther
Keep us updated Helen
Helen
Sorry the council have said we can't have her as she has shown some aggressive tendencies towards other dogs???? They are going to send her to another dog home which will obviously upset her even more not giving up yet!! There is a loving home waiting here for her with all the dogs waiting for a place can't understand it!!! Last edited: 2015-10-06 18:45:27 by Helen
Helen
Kasia I have messaged you on face book the council have said we
Kasia
She approached my dog. I was looking for the owner, nowhere to be seen.I was afraid she will get hurt, cause she was so excited. I picked her she was absolutely fine with that. She wasn't neglected. She was well fed and clean. She had quite overgrown nails, apart from that perfectly happy dog. I was sure someone gonna look for her, but nothing. I keep checking on her and I am so happy you want to take her, she deserves to be loved in responsible home. Let me know if you manage. Xx
Helen
Katie was she ok when you found her not hurt or anything we are so excited she looks gorgeous we have one already they are so alike.

Helen I would phone them first thing. I was going to offer a german shepherd puppy a home last year and just missed her by leaving it till the last minute. If she is not reunited at least they know of your interest.
Helen
How long do you hold the dogs for because if nobody claims her our family would love to have her
