- Where Found SIGHTED ONLY. Bideford at top of High Street. Just before midnight, near Abbotsham Road Junction with Old Town Road. Dog seemed confused and going in circles. Possibly a small Spaniel

- Can you ring Dog Warden to try and catch it...Poor thing..Could be a number of reasons why it's confused...could be elderly..involved in RTA..stolen and dumped in strange place etc...Really hope the poor mite gets help...xx
