Went to the Fishing Permit dispenser at Usk reservoir and gave out the mobile number to the fishermen there and asked them to keep an eye out and walked about 5km from there but the track was closed for logging so couldn't go any further around the reservoir and had to turn back. Tried the Old Roman road yesterday but no luck.

Charlie looks so much like my own ESS who ran into the fields when scared and got trapped in some bushes by his tail.Is it a possibility Charlie could be caught up in bushes near you ?
