- Update from owner - Louie still hasn't been found

- I'm afraid I have a very upsetting and shocking update. From what we have been told, Louie was hit and killed by a car on the same evening he went missing. Some people attended to him, and we managed to trace them due to a kind passerby who witnessed this. We went to speak to the people who were seen to be dealing with Louie, and they advised us that they had placed his body in a cardboard box, covered with a blanket and with a note outside FIVELANDS VETS, HALL GREEN on the morning of Sunday 18th. The vet was closed so his body was simply left on the doorstep on a busy main road. However, Fivelands vets have told us they do not have Louie's body in their records. This means that someone must have picked up Louie's body and taken it somewhere else. This is utterly heartbreaking as a family. It has been tragic enough to discover Louie has been killed, but to not be able to have him cremated and brought home is unbearable. We are appealing for anyone to please look out for Louie's body, and to let us know of any suspicious behaviour which we will keep totally confidential. If someone has Louie's body, please, please return him to any vet or rescue centre so we can put a much loved pet to rest. There is a reward for any information leading to his return.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO RAINBOW BRIDGE - STILL SEARCHING FOR LOUIE'S BODY. - 2015-10-20 21:49 Unknown
- As neutered wont be too fare away. Put some tuna in his dish, and keep calling him; night or early morning best. Put something with his scent on such as bedding, say, along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden ina sheltered spot Wkipe his scent on all garden fences, and gates too. Put "Lost" ;posters through doors, and ask around. Someone may be feeding him. Holpe he is home soon. Paws xd.
