Amazing news, this found dog is Lottie missing since July 2015, owner confirmed. Well done to the finder for keeping her safe and contacting Lottie's owner. Just the best news ever. xx

It's on facebook that this is Lottie - which is fantastic news!!

Does this get reported to police now? Concerns me that someone in Frome has dumped this dog, that there are puppies somewhere that are going to be sold on to members of the public and that the people who did it might do it again. I know little will be done about it but I hope it gets logged with the police / local press somehow?

The mark on the head looks the same as well. To be 100% the owner needs to contact the vet who scanned the found dog if it's her number the dog is Lottie.
