- Just had a message to say that Elka has been taken home by the Dog Wardens.
Safe back with Eraffle and I hope her experience has not upset her too much (She's been brought over from Spain and I understand she had been treated quite badly) As she and Eraffle have only just moved in a couple of weeks ago I hope you will all be able to settle in now! Welcome home Elka.

- Thanks csquaredb. I too saw a post on East Sussex Adopt a Dog Fbk page .. posted about half an hour ago about a dog lookng like Elka and handed in after being found in the woods.
I have just telephoned her owner and she has looked at that page and says it is her! I have advised that Eraffle telephone our Dog Wardens straight away (they are 24/7 service) to let them know that it is Elka! So she is found and safe now. I expect at this late hour that Elka will be having a stay in the kennels but at least she is in safe hands.
I have asked Eraffle to let me know when Elka is back home so that I can update this page.
