Sadly this is not a match for Lulu, as soon as I registered this stray on here for the Dog Warden I contacted Lulu's owner to check.

Studying Lulu`s extra photo she seems to have a couple of white toes on her back left paw which this dog doesn`t have. Although if this dog has dirty paws that could be hidden. Would be great if this was Lulu, I agree.

Looks similar feefee. Does this dog have a while patch on the chest? Lulu(93376) does. I'm sure admin will check , that would be so wonderful, if it is her. Everything crossed.
