Hello Kim still nothing on Baloo. Apologies for delay, I see your msg dated 8 December. I sadly had to put my horse to sleep on the 6th so hasn't been a great time for me. Thank you so much for your continued interest.
Kim

Hello it's Diana, the poor little Yorkie found in Hounslow is not Baloo, this was a female.
My garden gate had been left ajar but I closed it today as I have 2 other dogs whom I don't want wandering and I work full time 3 days a week, it was a hard decision to make He's on the Battersea lost dog site and have been advised to go to centre to check, will do if I can't get through by phone. Thank you again everybody for all your help and efforts.

Have spoken to Hounslow Council who have spoken with hounslow Highways. The dog they found was a female. She was chipped but the owner details were out of date so she remains unclaimed.

Hi. I'm Joanne Diane's friend who posted Baloo on DL yesterday. I have heard that someone has seen a deceased Yorkshire Terrier on the side of the road by the Immigration Centre in Hounslow. It is quite far from where he went missing but is there anyone on here that is nearby and can go down and take a look to see if the poor dog is still there please?

Diana - can Baloo get back into your garden if he returns would suggest leave any gates open and leave his bed there if possible along with some smelly food. Have you rung Battersea just in case he has been picked up and taken there ? J. x

Diane. How long have you had Baloo for and does he know the area well?

Diana again, still no luck but just to let you know that posters have been put up in Hurst Park, Molesey, around Hampton Village, the village green, both sides of the station and on a tree outside Waitrose. More to go up tomorrow; Hampton Court Road, Bushy Park entrance and Hampton Court station. Thank you. :-(

Hello I am Diana, Baloo's owner, he went missing from between 2.30-6pm on 4 Nov, I believe he must have bolted from the sound of fire works, although fairly secure garden I have seen a gap where he could have got out. He is very nervous and doesn't go to people, I live very close to Hampton Green and Beveree Football Park, Station Road, Hampton. I would like to thank all for your help in trying to locate my boy, {I am about as useful as a chocolate teapot at the moment} but all areas have been covered in terms of reporting him missing. Again thank you.
Kim
it would also be helpful to know what park etc the owners take baloo to
Kim

Sorry to see that BALOO is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (94210)

  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
