Oh no, how terribly sad. I am so very very sorry and my thoughts are with the family at this heartbreaking time. Lex is the image of my dear old Digby - can only imagine what you are going through. Run free at the bridge, beautiful Lex, where my two labs will be waiting to play..xxx

so sad to read that lex has crossed over the bridge but as others have said it must be a comfort to know he chose to pass away under his own terms in the surroundings he knew and loved. Run free gorgeous boy xxx

So very sorry to read your sad update but at least he was at home rather than taking himself off outside. Think of the good times as this will help to lessen the pain of parting. He will leave a paw print on your heart which will always remain. RIP lovely boy now restored to full health and young once more.xx

This is so sad, but as has already been said, he passed to the bridge amongst those he loved, and who loved him. this must be quite some comfort to his owners. Nightie, night, sleep tight, and have fun with the other "Rainbow babies" who have also passed to the bridge. RIP+ God Blessx A~~~Candle~~~burns for you Lex; so handsome. Now at peace with the Angels. One day when the time is right, you will meet Lex at the bridge. You will be forever together. Run free Lex (HUG) X He will remain with you in spirit. My thoughts are with his family, and my prayers are with them too. Just off to get some tissues:-(

I am so sorry to read this ...... but the he died at home which is a comfort..... just laid his head down and went to the Bridge... one day you will meet him again , so please take comfort in that ......God Bless you Handsome Lad xxxx

On my. How incredibly sad. He was at peace where he loves, at home. God took him carefully because he has earnt his little wings. He is okay now; no suffering or pain, happily waiting for you when you too have finished earning your wings. God bless you all. Kisses to Lex in heaven. Xxx
