- Yes, I'm going to, I can't bare the thought of that poor little thing being abused even if it isn't Tinker, I think we need to take this forward.
The poor little girl can't speak for herself. xxxx - 2015-12-04 21:46 AlisonH
- If you still have concerns you need to take this up with the council.
- 2015-12-04 20:02 Hollieberry
- Yes this poor girl could have been terrified by her surroundings but it dosent alter the fact she was lame and been used for breeding. Also she was not chipped so how did warden know owner ?
- 2015-12-04 19:53 Elaine Tinker and Hemps mum
- I know what you are saying Alison, but the way the woman at the council told me she knew the owner was known to them, it really does make you think.
Who knows, it could be Tinker 71081. I have mentioned before of the link to Lincolnshire. Sorry, but, I'm not convinced xxxx - 2015-12-03 22:00 AlisonH
- The dog could have been terrified because she was in a strange environment. We cannot make judgements without knowing the facts.

- Its such a shame Elaine I can see that she is terrified in the picture .Was she in the care of the DW when you called about her ? I would like to know more to as I can not understand why she was returned to owner when she was obviously neglected x
- 2015-12-03 18:53 Elaine Tinker and Hemps mum
- I know what you mean Hollieberry. I know I would be digging deeper if I lived in that area, but I am so far away from there and unfortunately have to believe what I am being told by the authorities involved.
If anybody reading this lives in that area I would like to know more!! xxxx - 2015-12-02 19:56 Hollieberry
- Its awful when you know a dog needs help and there is nothing you can do about it.I wonder why she is not chipped ! I read an article lately that said it is not only the RSPCA that have the power to seize a dog but most animal welfare organistions can as well.I can not understand how and why this dog has gone back to owners .
- 2015-12-02 19:46 Elaine Tinker and Hemps mum
- That concerned me too, but what can we do? When I phoned about her to see if it could be Tinker 71081 I was told that the owner of this little one was known to them? Somethings not right xxxx

- Soubnds like she has gone back to her owners. Get her sp;ayhed if this is the case. She is not a breeding machine
- 2015-11-26 19:45 Hollieberry
- Reading the post it says used for breeding, lame & terrified was this cutie returned to owner or rehomed ?
- 2015-11-26 19:37 charlie and sooty

- Wow....how fantastic is this.....being classed as a stray yet still finds home! An example for all rescue homes to follow and hope for all owners waiting .....so Elaine this should give us hope for Hemp and Tinker xx

- I have just been alerted to this little one. Could it be Tinker 71081?
Certainly the right age, and Tinker was a very nervous little thing.
Can I have a picture please xxxx - 2015-11-18 15:32 Unknown
- Presume just used for breeding purposes then? So it`s bye bye mo longer wanted. Love the name Judy, and hopes she finds a new homw soon. Be glad when the compulsory microchipping comes into force next year. Just hope it works. And then people can answer for their actions. Sending her lots of (((((HUGS))))) Also it is an offence to abandon an animal, (The 1960 Animal Welfare Act) and you csn be fined serve a prison sentence. Last edited: 2015-11-18 15:48:03
