- Sorry to see Seymour is missimg. It`s always best to keep your cats in overnight, especially if the cat is on meds, as one of mine is. I have always kept my cats in overnight; I call them in at dusk. Someone may be feeding him. I would first of all call him with food in his dish. He may not be far away, as he is neutered. Put something with his scent on such as his blanket/bedding, and place in a clean container , along with something with your scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot Wipe his scent on all your garden fences (Inside and out), gates too Put "Lost" posters through doors, and ask around. Try this too open a TIN of cat food with door wide open. as the sound olf the opener, and smell of the food may help bring him backLast edited: 2015-11-19 13:20:30
