Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.

There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I was out last night and gutted to get the sad news of both TENNY and OLLIE going to Rainbow Bridge, managed to move them to RB but not comment. :(

Both families and helpers have tried so hard to get them back, this is the worst outcome especially at this time of year. My heart goes out to everyone involved. THANK YOU for your help.

So very very sorry to read of Tenny,s passing. God loved him very much and took him to the Sacred Heart School. He knew how much you all loved him and he will have taken this love with him on his journey. You will also feel him around you in spirit. God bless the family and RIP sweet Tenny. Xxxxx

So sorry to see this about Tenny. Nightie, night, sleep tight, and have fun at at the bridge with Trudie (GSD) and Ollie who is waiting to play. RIP+ God Blessx A~~~Candle~~~burns for Tenny. Run freex I would tell your 7 year old that Tenny has gone to Heaven where Jesus, and his special Angels are taking care of him, and if he comes back will be poorly again. Thanks alexf when I made contact with Taylor who registered TENNY on DogLost I asked was he a Cross and he said he was a GSD x Husky but it had not been confirmed. I have advised they follow up on any GSD crosses that are found. x

Bit of a longshot as I'm not sure the description matches very well, but the details on this found dog listed on the animal wardens are a bit brief. Might be worth a call to see if they can provide a better description of the found dog, as I think the L21 postcode is not far??:
