- Broxtowe Borough council do not have this dog - I have made inquiries with the highways agency they did dispatch their recovery team to a dogs body and I have left a message with the owner to contact them to confirm if it is their dog or not. I have had no further updates and this is Erewash Borough councils area.

- A dog answering his description was seen today on the slip road to the M1 from the A52 which is near Sandiacre. The Highways board were asked to remove the body as erewash couldnt do it on the slip road. So they should scan him and let the owner know. I desperately hope it was not him. If someone could let us know whether to keep looking. I phoned the number on the poster and left a message. HARC Hope Animal Rescue long Eaton
