I have received a message on facebook from Billy's owner - she picked him up late last night from Medivet. I am sure she is extremely grateful to the person who found him and took him to the vets so on her behalf a big thank you. Everything crossed for a happy outcome for dog and owner.

Looks like the owner may have been identified. Someone on DL Surrey has matched him to a lost post on a selling site. Owner has been messaged :)
