We've traced the owner and Paddy is back with his owner.

Ive scanned him and couldn't find a chip. He is in OK condition clean, and must have lived in a house. He obeys sit etc and has a lovely friendly temperament .Its strange no one has come forwards Surely someone somewhere must be missing him??
