- Found In Region South East
- Date Reunited 03 Dec 2015
- Other Info Interestingly the kennel informed us that Aishie's id chip contained no information, so I highly recommend that all you other dog owners ***get your pet id chips checked next time you're at the vets***. Thanks to Jodie who found her, and doglost.co.uk and their social media savvy volunteers who worked it all out for me. The id chip was worse than useless, so we wouldn't have been reunited with all your help!!! xxx

- Thank you owner for telling us about the chip. Agree, when dogs have their yearly check always ask the Vet to check the chip. Not only will it help in strange cases like this chip, but it will also ensure chip is where it should be.

- Fabulous news & thanks for the update ... sadly every single stray dog I've come across has a chip, but no registration details apart from where chipped, so very good advice. Hope Aishie is now getting spoiled rotten & getting a lovely tag done just for extra reassurance. Well done Gino, Jodie & Bas. DW x

- ** HUGE THANK YOUs !!! **
Aishie was found yesterday evening not far from where I lost her. The lovely lady and her bf who found her took her home, took a photo and posted it on a local paper's Facebook page.
From there the wonderful doglost people pieced the puzzle together and let me know that Aishie was safe, and we eventually tracked her down to a local kennels.
Interestingly the kennel informed us that Aishie's id chip contained no information, so I highly recommend that all you other dog owners ***get your pet id chips checked next time you're at the vets***.
Thanks to Jodie who found her, and doglost.co.uk and their social media savvy volunteers who worked it all out for me. The id chip was worse than useless, so we wouldn't have been reunited with all your help, couldn't have done it without you!!! xxx - 2015-12-03 10:07 minkie17

- Hi Alison (Admin). Thanks for sending out the email alerts and tweet. I'd put a semi-colon in my dog's colour description, and I think this might have made the tweet come out wrong: https://twitter.com/DoglostUK/status/672197789531656192
I changed the text, please can you try to re-send the tweet? Thanks again! - 2015-12-02 23:36 AlisonH
