I think this dog is Oscar and he is always out on his own as his owners haven't secured their back garden. If it's Oscar he lives in Ayebridges Avenue off of Thorpe Lea road in Egham, near the Shell petrol station. I think it's about the fourth house on the right as you look down Ayebridges from the petrol station. The owners really don't deserve this dog I have returned the dog to them myself and told them the dog needs a collar with details on it and I've heard the dog continuously barking outside late into the night. The poor dog would be better off with owners that can care for him properly.
