Yippee!! Thank goodness! I and so pleased sweet Dexter and his owner are together again. I really think we need to keep a log of this SDK pound. This particular one is horrendous for incompetence. I really hope owner does take this further and I wish all the other owners did too. This is the only we shall get change. Terrible. God bless Dexter xxx

It probably was done but, just in case, was the chip re-registered with British chip company with current owner's details after he arrived in the UK? It may have been working but may not have been registered in UK. When I brought my dog over with Greek microchip I had to 'phone PetLog and ask them if it was possible to register her with them on her foreign chip. It turned out to be easy - just had to pay £25 (several years ago) and she is now on their register.

Sdk never called owner. It was myself and me n my girl who saw him on Sdk website. Owner has questioned them severely about lack of contact and they are saying no details recorded and his tag was missing. Dog has recently come from Cyprus so we know his chip is working. Owner is intending to "take it further" after Dexters return

Dexter is from Cyprus. He is around 10 inches high to shoulder,he has a long black and white body. He has a tan/fawn head. He is friendly but does not understand English. For those looking for him who don't know "Ella" is the word for "come".

Have spoken to Dexters owner. He has contacted chip company and previous owner. He has passed word around dogwalkers he knows in the park,and has already spent hours driving around searching. Dexter has a collar with tag and owners details. He is recently rescued from cyprus
