Nicholas Valentine I lost a hound " Tumeric " ten days ago in the Newent area of Gloucestershire . He is Black and Tan , paler tan and more hairy coated than the one pictured . There has not been one single sighting of him , so it looks pretty definite that someone has picked him up , that being the case he could be anywhere . He is nine years old and has lived all his life with me as he was born here . He will be distressed at being taken away . Who ever has him may mistakenly believe that they have rescued an abandoned dog , which of course isn't the case at all . I have spent many hours searching for him - I really want to find him . Any information please phone me on 01989 750877 . - 2015-12-10 07:35 Mollychops
- I will email the poster to the owner, requesting he gets them up in the forest

- Kay Thompson has very kindly given us access to her photos of these dogs. The photo shown here is one from Tumeric's pack. In answer to Animal Magic Chelt: These are PBGVs, but the owner breeds his own and the majority of them do not have the tri-colour markings that the breed are most known for. We will now resend the alerts.
