- Just received a wonderful text from Liz "We have found her!".
She was near where she went missing but caught in wire. After searching miles around they decided to take their other dog back to the woods and he seemed to have caught her scent to lead them to her. - Have spoken to Liz, Koko's owner & she is going to get some more posters printed. I have seen on the map that there are some holiday parks in the area & it may be worth speaking to staff/security on site in case she does stray over there to find somewhere quiet. Also the local golf club.
Have also suggested the possibility of contacting a search dog, in case there is another sighting.
It is encouraging that there has been a sighting of her & hopefully she will go back there (for the possibility of food) - 2015-12-09 17:59 Hollieberry
- I hope the lovely Koko is home soon x

- Koko was seen sitting in the yard at Norton Barton (up the road) at 4pm yesterday, so she had left the woods and crossed the road. She may have turned the wrong way as that is out of her known area, but the woods close to Norton are Hersham Woods. The farm will be keeping a lookout for if she returns, as well as some more local people going out tonight.

- No sign of her today. I have changed the arrow on the map to the location where Koko went missing. The second link is a google map of the same area. Ivyleaf Hill has a clear view of the woods and quarry, I will get some flyers out to the houses tomorrow morning.

- The Owner's number is 07879 812276. The above number is probably her daughter's. Owner is going out now towards Rhude Cross, and the farmer has been looking on the quad bike. There are lots of footpaths in the area. Koko went missing in Hunthill Wood area but could have moved now. Her sight and hearing are very good. I will print a few posters to get up as there are none yet and start at the woods.

- owner should leave bedding/clothing where they last saw her

- Owners daughter thinks the woods are Hunthill woods (to the north East on the map)above the quarry.

- I will take a look around in the morning. Is that a footpath (on the map) she was lost on? very close to Stratton, so will walk that. But the woods are on the other side of the road if I have the right place.
