- Carla, it's mostly only dog people see and share missing dogs on the internet. The general public out there need to see posters so they know Molly is missing. This is THE single most important thing you can do. Have you checked everything in the advice sheet I sent? Keep going through it. We all want your girl home. x

- Using Google maps there does look as if there is an embankment Molly could travel along and possibly even get into other peoples gardens so Carla needs to investigate this aspect. It's nearly 2 weeks now since Molly went missing, lots of people don't go into their gardens this time of year so poor Molly could be in a garden unable to get out. But there are lots of other possibilities!

- Hi Doglover.I know you gave owner Carla advise on putting posters up and putting them in shops etc, I feel that she, like me at one time, thought that putting on Internet sites was enough. I am hoping that with the experience that you and me n my girl have Molly can be reunited xxx

- Carla. Have you contacted the railway stations? xx

- I placed the first post on here on 12 Dec advising owner to put posters around in shops, schools, libraries, etc etc and having read posts it seems this was not done straight away. Posters need to be put everywhere and anywhere, I do not do Facebook or Twitter either and posters are so important. Xx hope there is some news soon. Xxx

- Me n my girl. Thank you, for your advise and offer of help. I am in Elm Park, don't drive, I do have a printer (but I work sometimes 15 hour shifts!!!).I am fairly new to this dog searching stuff, but am willing to help in anyway I can. Any advise or help would be appreciated. Thanks again xx

- I have binoculars if they are any good. Put some smelly food down and keep watch, perhaps make a larger hole in your fence in front of smelly food to tempt her along if it was Molly. I'm Hornchurch, I drive but not very mobile but would help you. I don't have a printer.Last edited: 2015-12-21 16:55:12 by Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer

- Hi Charlie there are lots of gaps she could get through as small I thought I see something on the push and pull today and went back and forth a few times to make sure but maybe wishful thinking, thanks Carla

- Hi Carla. You are welcome..just let me know. I received an acknowledgement from Hornchurch Animal Rescue, saying they will reply asap. Is it possible to speak to your neighbours about checking sheds and gaps between sheds and fences in case she is stuck somewhere...xLast edited: 2015-12-21 16:24:23 by charlie and sooty

- Owner please listen to all the advice given by doglost. Its going to be hard work but isn't Molly worth it. I my self don't do facebook or twitter but I would read a poster!
- 2015-12-20 17:41 Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
- Carly, only some people look on sites but ALL the public will see posters. This is what you need to do. Dogs often get home only when owner does a lot of work postering and calling kennels, rescues, highways, railways, councils etc. If they have been gone this long they rarely just turn up on the doorstep, but when owners work hard they can and do get their sweet dogs back home. For Molly's sake we are doing all we can from a distance, but there needs to be help out there on the ground. How did she go missing and where exactly from? Me n My Girl has said some important things there? If you are near a railway this is a big possibility, so you must check this out. Charlie & Sooty, that is good, thank you! x

- Where did did Molly disappear from, and do you back onto the railway embankment? Could she have got onto there walked along and can't find her way back. Could she have got onto the Ravensbourne stream and walked along there and be in the allotments. You need to put posters up and put notes through neighbours and people along the roads doors and ask them to look for her in their gardens ,sheds and garages. Poster corner of roads and shops. Hope you've contacted Dog Warden via council.

- I'm not able to share but it's worth putting Molly on the following FB sites.Wanderers-haven-animal-sanctuary (lots of local followers),RSPCA essex havering branch, lost and found animals essex, lost and found pets in Barking Dagenham. Hornchurch Essex, this isn't an animal based site but people do put local missing pets on there. Could Molly have got onto the railway embankment and got trapped behind fence. Osborne Road is a long Road, could she have got over Langtons or onto the allotments at the end of Lyndhurst Dr. Could she have taken herself off to where you normally walk her, I use Harrow Lodge but haven't seen or heard of a found JRT. Hope you get some news soon

- You need to print posters and put them around the area. Do not rely on just talking to people or sharing on Facebook. I do not do Facebook and not everyone does.
