Police are now very involved as we know the dog was taken. A couple were seen kneeling down with the dog and said they were worried about him, a man who got out of a green (maybe honda car) who was parked in Cricklade street outside Accessorize untied the dog. A witness told him to take to pets at home vets as they would be the only vets open. This was at 3.45. All vets have been checked and he was NOT taken to any as yet. Police are going to recheck CCTV.
Mollychops
Caroline will fill in more details, but CCtV footage will be checked again by police as the time scale was slightly wrong. Owners have now reregistered the chip in their name.
