Ive updated local radio stations and asked them to put appeals out after seeing latest sighting location on FB

Friend of mine saw him running towards big Tesco just after 3pm Monday afternoon, the lady lives on Cherry Tree by Cornfield Road, so assume he was running past there. Did phone the number on poster, went to voicemail but left message with info.

Jade as far as they know he is still loose, but possible sightings of a man in white van trying to catch him. but they don't know IF he got him or not. Jonny's phone is out of action he dropped it in mud!

Have added " owner plse contact" to Alfies name, phone going to voice mail. Can't Dog Warden help, says he is friendly. Good he is secured

Hi has this dog been found? As me and my sister saw a dog just like this on Preston New rd just before the roundabout joining to the M55! A man and wife were going to help the dog and I notified him there is a missing dog on Facebook that it could possibly be !

Update on Alfie.He has now left the Caravan Park and is in a very secure compound next to it.Security will only let one person in and we are trying to contact the owner x

After Wendy had gone home and his breeder had left Alfie was sighted again.Great group of helpers went searching and almost caught him,they all stayed until the early hours of this morning but no more sightings x

This is an update for someone who is helping.
Wendy Mulela UPDATE***Unfortunately this dog escaped from his new home in Blackpool just hours after moving from down South. He will be very stressed and frightened and have no idea where 'home' is. We believe he now also has an injury. He needs medication for a heart condition and must be found.
The owner has been up all night searching and I have been with him just about all day chasing leads of sightings. He is now (presumably) bedding down at Marton Mere caravan park, which is vast. We have spent several hours between me, Maxine and the owner searching the park, which is in darkness, so we have now called the search off.
If anyone can meet the owner around 7am tomorrow to help continue the search, it will be greatly appreciated xx

All gone quiet now.They think Alfie has bedded down for the night and are going at 7am in the morning x

Does he like squeaky toys try using one to draw him out. Doing a BBQ might be even better if he gets hungry.

Jonny has just seen him, he ran past them, he IS in the caravan park, but if anyone in the area can help, as it's so big, and he might be limping but can still run!

latest details of a sighting are... Afghan hound , marble /merle coat and has blue collar on running scared last seen behind Baguleys / Cosy Kennels area of Blackpool .. We followed it from top of Highfield Rd but couldn't get near.. May have a damaged front leg.. Please share on local sites. for people who know that area

I have added this for a friend, so don't know details of microchip, he apparently does have a tracker on collar, police and local radio informed.
