- Message from owner:
"Delighted and hugely relieved to say Blaize reappeared minus her collar at dawn this morning at Erlestoke Cricket Club. We had left two of her cages in different locations in Erlestoke Woods, one of them alongside one of our cars at the Cricket Club. This seemed to work. Perhaps a good tip for others who have the same problem.
Thank you so much for your concern."
I am so pleased to receive this news, checked the page before walking my own and still in the red, came back to this fantastic news. I sounds as though she may well have caught her collar on something but luckily managed to free herself.

- This has made my day...Blaize has been found safe and well...will let Poochpal update on how and where...
- 2015-12-25 19:18 Poochpal - Regional Co-ordinator - South West - Police Liaison Team
- I have suggested that they take her back to the area and see if she can lead them to her mum, also included the link to this page so that the owners will see any helpful suggestions. Poor Blaize if she is still out in this awful weather.

- Tx Mollychops....Has anyone taken out the pup to see if the pup can lead them to Blaize?
- 2015-12-25 16:18 Poochpal - Regional Co-ordinator - South West - Police Liaison Team
- Jo, the owner has been out searching for Blaize as have other people. While there is no news of her there is nothing to update. Owners have notified authorities and chip company and have been given sound advice.

- Anyone know what is being done to find this dog? Don't seem to be any comments or updates from the owner. Is the activity being coordinated on another site?

- Agree with Reynard. Working cockers notoriously go quiet if caught up /in trouble. They won't bark. Get a thorough search with lots of people organised and check any lengths of fencing..barbed wire..gates. thick brambles etc where the dog may have gone into after something. A tracker dog is really needed after this many days...mat lead to the dog being in a hole.Last edited: 2015-12-25 18:54:12 by Gino

- Blaize went missing on a walk along with her daughter on Monday, the puppy returned on Tuesday without Blaize who is still missing.

- Louise625 thanks so very much, contact has been made with owner who is arranging for the area to be checked shortly, the sighting earlier today around 4pm.

- Please could someone check this out - there is a comment on facebook which states the following - there looked like a dog had been knocked over on the road just after the turning to Coulston. Someone has put it on the verge as you drive towards Erlestoke. Couldn't stop and take a proper look as had my 3 year old in the car and it's a nasty bit of road to stop on.
