Very sadly,just had a call from railway and Windfall was most likely electrocuted 3/4 of a mile from where she went missing.Feeling very sad but at least I have closure. Thanks for all your help.

What exactly happened in the field on the day she went missing? If she was chased by horses was she kicked? The forest is wet and fields flooded so she could be trapped somewhere by water and unable to get back. Also as a rehomed beagle would she know how to get home from the horse's field? All in all she could still be near that field. Fingers crossed.

Yes I phoned Network Rail very early on and my husband searched the tracks near to where she went missing, and they even called me earlier in the week to confirm details. I would rather know if she has been run over by car or train but keeping positive and hoping she is just deep in cover in the forest.

Thanks,we did get excited but it is a Jack Russell that is missing called MATE.Maybe she will find Windfall and they will both be found!

Can we bump Windfall up, due to a possible sighting. Near to hatchet pond running towards the old aerodrome. This is on the road between Brockenhurst and Beaulieu.
Owner is aware I believe.
