The Cotswold Show is at Cirencester Park (Glos) on the 7th and 8th of July and there are many BACS gundog events on both days so lots of Springers & Cockers will be there, so could be well worth a visit.

Our springer was stolen by travellers in Northampton last month. Take heart, we got him back thanks to Doglost, Look East, Radio Northants and the Traveller unit of Northants Police - who recognised him and grabbed him on a site. Cambridge Police have the Rural Community Action Team (RCAT) 01480 422700, get on to them and send them a picture of Poplin. Also, speak to everyone that you know who has any Traveller contacts and get them to put the word out that there is a reward. Good luck xx

Draw curtains and play music to mask sound of fireworks.

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.

Create a safe and secure "bunker" in a familiar place at home.

Invest in some Adaptil or a thundershirt if your pet gets stressed easily.
