There's more to this than meets the eye - Merseyside Dogs home may have "charity" status but it's also a business which caters for various councils in the area. If you think Leigh dogs and cats home is bad - the euthanise rate in Sefton council was nearly 20% of their stray dogs in the last FOI act question asked 2013-2104 - the national average is 7%. Merseyside dogs home is still fronting their "just giving" page with Theos picture - they say they "can't" remove it - absolute rubbish. Well done to Merseyside dogs home for looking after Theo and trying to raise funds for his op. I am sure that people who donated will be happy for the money to be spent helping another dog x

The will lose his leg, but family just overjoyed to have him. Merseyside dogs home took him in and started to raise donations for his op before he was reunited. Some unpleasant people are now causing trouble on the fb picture because their donation will go to another dog cared for by the dogs home (with the blessing of Theo's owners)... unbelievable!! But it made me donate twice lol.

There is a found on Merseyside Dog's Home which family of THEO say is him. He has been injured and may have to have his leg amputated. Family are following it up to find out if it is THEO.

The photo on his DogLost page is not actually THEO I've added SIMILAR PHOTO to the details now.
