- Had a good walk around fields backing up to the motorway today checking hedges- fencing and calling but no luck I'm afraid. Walked along the river towards pounds ford? I think. Lots of highly visible posters up- all footpaths seem to be covered so just hope for some good news.

- Sorry no details at all but a cocker spaniel was found on the canal towpath this afternoon at Maunsel Lock. Bit of a distance from Staplehay but who knows? The Dog Warden was informed and if not reunited will be at St Giles Kennels Wrantage
