- Wondering if her owner has had an accident. If this is the case then surely they can't put this dog to sleep until they find her owner and established what's happened.
Also, Chanel's owner may be away on holiday and has left his dog in the care of a friend or relative and the dog has escaped. - 2016-01-19 09:06 H20
- Taken from Facebook.
I'm reposting the message re the Staffie called Chanel who has been found.
It's today been established that Chanel is owned by a young black guy who sits in Victoria Park every day but hasn't been seen for a few days. - 2016-01-19 01:16 Debby Cunliffe

- Police have to assess before deemed type. Defo staffie cross not a pibble (maybe through blood line I would imagine). Another innocent put to death. Sad Last edited: 2016-01-18 11:18:58

- Who know's GillyP but how sad that this decision can be made in such a short time, doesn't give owner a chance to find him/her.

- Due to her breed? Has she been assessed as 'type'

Unfortunately this is the reality for many dogs like her, she is not wearing a name tag and is NOT MICROCHIPPED!!!
Please get in touch if you think you know the dog or her owners, in the meantime - please microchip your dog and put your number on their collar!!!
