This is 'Pearl'. She was found roaming the streets around Ivor Road/Exeter Road in Wallasey. We think she may have dementia as she's very forgetful. We took her to the vet and she IS chipped (how we discovered her name). The problem is her owner/s no longer live at the address on the chip. Sadly, none of the neighbours know where they moved to. The vet has been very unhelpful too. Says that he cannot divulge the owners name or last address. Has put letters through the letterbox but no response. No idea why he can't tell us the name or address on the chip but there you go. If you have ANY information or ideas how we can get 'Pearl' home please message me. Sad really. She's a lovely little thing. Timid. Thanks for reading. - 2016-01-22 18:52 Hookart1

- Is there a new "Kid on the block" (Strange cat) as sometimes a cat new to the area, will sometimes scare a cat out of its own territory, but they do return eventually. If a another cat can use his catflap this will sometimes scare them away. Hope Pearl is home soon Not nice I know bur have you contacted the HIGHWAYS in case she has been involved in an rta? Could be that someone is feeding her too. Also sometimes if a cat is cold (Cats hate the cold) they will try, and find a warmer place, and look for food too. Paws xd.Last edited: 2016-01-20 16:53:53

- I heard about this little cat this morning. Wright Close is off that great big development built on the waterworks site in Aldenham Road. Plenty of old large houses in the area for a cat to hide or be trapped in.Last edited: 2016-01-18 15:36:50

- Sorry to see that PEARL is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (97444)

- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
