- I am Brian's owner and I cannot thank this site enough,been reading it for years and followd your advise,and it worked a treat,also instead of searching i stayed in the spot where he run off,put sardines in his bowl my cardi next to it and that is where we eventually found him at 5,30 this morning,he now went to the groomer anyway,as he was caked in mud from head to toe,the naughty boy,i cannot describe the feeling having him back,thank you all at lucy's petcarer who helped and rung all the important offices,as i was just hysterical,sorry,thanks everyone for sharing so quickly and for you support and kind words,even though i wasn't listening lol

- Update, Brian has been caught by his owners, they followed doglost advice. Laid down food and water and sat in the car, eventually Brian came and ate the food then run off again. Owners sat in the car with the door open and he jumped in. Luckily he stayed in the vicinity. Sore paws and cold but now home.
